Court Access & Friends of VOCA Tennis
We are willing to pay for play to have these courts maintained in good shape. The VOCA tennis courts are accessible to Members and Non members as described below:
Members
 Friends of VOCA Tennis membership cost is:
 • Individuals - $100 per year
 • Family - $150 per year.
 • Membership dues are prorated on a monthly basis
 Benefits of Membership:
 • Access to the courts from 6 AM to 6 PM via a combination locking system
 • Use of the reservations system to reserve courts up to 15 days in advance
 • Email updates and lists of players/members
Non-member
 Nonmember Pay for Play:
• If you are not a Friends of VOCA Tennis member, there is a $3 per player per play for all players 18 years and older.
• Youth 17 and younger play for free. Youth with a valid photo ID follow the court access procedure below. Youth without a valid photo ID require an adult with a valid photo ID to make the court reservations and to be present on the court at all times.
Nonmembers’ court access
 Court Access times:
 • Sign in at the VOCA Business office Monday – Friday 10 AM - 3 PM
 • Sign in at the Golf Pro Shop Saturday – Sunday 10 AM – 3 PM
 • Reservations may be made on the day of play in the appropriate office,
 Court access procedure:
 • Pay the court access fee (waived for youth 17 and younger)
 • Give a security deposit and get the court key.
 • Return the key before 3 PM and get your security deposit back.
How to Join
Please bring your membership check to the VOCA business office between 10 am and 3 pm Monday – Friday.

Reservations
The reservations system is for use by members of Friends of VOCA Tennis only. Advance reservations are all made on-line thru the reservations web site. On-line reservations can be made for up to 15 days into the future. All day-of-play reservations between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM must be made in the appropriate VOCA office/Golf Pro Shop.
The reservations web site address will be emailed to all new members when they have paid to join. This site has a “New Members” button that must be used by a new member the first time to register with the system. The system administrator will reply to the new paid up member with a password. Subsequent use of the reservations system is by username (email address) and password.
